Assault: Court grants Portable N2m bail, adjourns to March 5.

Nigerian singer Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has been granted bail by an Ogun State Magistrate’s Court in Abeokuta. Facing charges including assault and possession of dangerous weapons, Portable pleaded not guilty. The court set bail at N2 million with one surety and adjourned the trial to March 5. This case stems from an incident at Portable’s bar, Odogwu Bar, where he and nine associates allegedly assaulted government officials during an enforcement operation.
